Thunderstorms are peak photo-op weather. I love the shadows and the contrast, it's so good!!!

I think thunderstorms happen really, really rarely. I only remember them a handful of times in Wild world, can't remember if I had on in New Leaf.
I've only had one once since having New Horizons, during the middle of the day. I was in my house and it looked like the lights were flashing on and off. I went outside and sure enough, the sky was rumbling and popping with lightning. It went by so quickly though, I didn't capture a video </3

I love thunderstorms in real life, especially at night, and even have the stormy night wallpaper in my main upstairs room!
