Cars make me sleepy. I always fall asleep when we go places. That's a tough problem to have though. Have you tried a head pillow to see if that helps you relax? They're the ones that wrap around your head like a U shape.
My sister gets car sick all the time and we never drive far out. I find car rides relaxin actually, espcially when you're driving on a long straight road with smooth turns every now and then. It's soooo relaxing.
I normally do not get nauseous from being in a car. I actually like car rides. They're relaxing.
I did once when I was younger though but that was because I was reading a book and was sitting in a bad position.
it depends. i have memories of when i used to go to big bear (which involved a long curvy ride up a mountain) & i used to get super nauseous!! but if its not a windy road i actually really enjoy car rides
I used to and still do. Especially on those 7 HOUR LONG drives to my grandma's house. So annoying. And I never get tired on car trips so I stay awake the whole time. While my brothers are asleep, I'm using one of my parent's phones. Lol and I get sick only if I have an empty stomach.
I'm fine in the car if i'm the one driving, but if i'm in the passenger seat and looking at my phone/reading anything I get so nauseous! I also can't ride in the back seat of my mom's Jeep Liberty. That thing is so bouncy that I instantly get nauseous.
I definitely get motion sick. I'll randomly get sick just driving through my city or on the freeway. I live near the Rocky Mountains, and going up the canyons always makes me nauseous. The worst, though, is when I'm going on choir tour. In a bus. For 14 hours. With no sleep and going to an amusement park without stopping for rest.
I take a dramamine pill about once a week at this point in my life, depending on my plans for the day. It helps with motion sickness in cars and on rollercoasters. If I'm going camping, on a road trip, or even have a 1-2 drive that day, I'll take one in the morning and it really helps with the motion sickness.
No. I used to drive around for an hour or two at a time when I was bored and had nothing else to do. It's one of my favorite past times actually, just driving around aimlessly with no destination. If I got motion sickness from it, I surely wouldn't do that.
