Am I the only person who doesn't care for dreamies. I like all of my original villagers because they've grown on me. Maybe if I get another cartridge or is someone leaves. Maybe Fauna or diana but other than that I really don't care XD

I'm just like you I have favorites but not dreamies I never buyed\received a villager my villagers are all in game generated or the accidental void of someone ^_^

i have preferences and villagers i wanna try having in my town but i'm not ~passionate about it. it's more like when i see a villager looks cool or fun i'll get them spur of the moment. from tent or villager trading. i'm chill about it tho. my dream villager~ list is more just so i can remember who piqued my interest, lol.

I'm not interested in dreamies either. :p
Rosie and Molly I want because they were the first villagers I had. Molly being my first in the entire series. :)

Stitches and Marshal are villagers I had and I enjoyed them. Phoebe was my first campsite villager...

I just take what the games gives me. The same 10 villagers have been living in my main town and I started on release.
I love them. It's the town where I still play most of my time. I did adopt Bluebear from another player when Peggy moved out of my Guest town. Bluebear was the 10 villager moving in and I just wanted the town full again.

I have a mix of villagers in 5 real towns and love them all.

There have been villagers I've wanted, but I don't consider them "dreamies". They're just villagers that have either moved in by sheer luck, or I've seen and thought, "Hey, they look cool!" I call 'em perma-villagers since they stay in my towns forever.

I sometimes wish I could just constantly let villagers move out at will, but I grow obsessively attached to the little buggers.

Technically I only have one dreamie, which is Hazel, but I consider all the other squirrels to be dreamies of mine. Even if I'm not making any real effort to obtain them, I still want them over other villagers. If that makes any sense lol.

The thing about dreamies, it sounds like they're villagers you absolutely have to have, like they're your ultimate favorites and you can't live without them, and it's like "a dream come true" when you finally get them...but then I see people casually talking about getting rid of or trading their dreamies all the time, so it makes me wonder...were they ever really dreamies in the first place? Or just villagers people really want at the time before getting rid of them anyway for someone else? Wouldn't that just make them like every other villager out there? What makes them a dreamy at that point? Is dreamy just another term for villager now? 'Cause sometimes that's what it seems like. Which is fine, idc, I just don't really understand the term anymore lol.

As for me, yeah I guess I technically have a couple. Celia, Rolf & Tybalt. The rest I just really really like. A lot. Those lovable slave-driving turd buckets, awww <3

i wish i could do that but i want my town to be best as possible quickly so i don't have time to slowly cycle through villagers and get to know them.

I have or had most of my dreamies. I like wayy more than 10 so its difficult even with 2 towns. I like having the cards so I can alternate them.

I don't really care about dreamies too much. The only dreamies I wanted were Wendy and Bettina, and I already have them. lol
