I hate to be the newbie here, but I have a few questions..
1 ) How do I receive the villager? (I know I go to your town and talk while in boxes, but what are the requirments)
2a ) Adopted means you have them? Voided means they're gone? and Reserves are reserved for others?
2b ) 2a is correct, how would I go about getting Puddles?
And I think those are all the questions I have

Hi! Welcome to my thread! The answers in order are:
You visit my town, ask them to move to your town and I end the session. A day or two later, they should put a plot up in your town and move in!
Adopted means I had them, and someone got them to move to their town!
If you'd like Puddles, I will try my best to get her again for you! I believe she is out of the 16 villager cycle I need for her again

Oh wow, if no one ends up claiming Agnes and I happen to be around, may I take Agnes too? Only if no one else claims her, of course! (Bam is still definitively my main target and love right now, but might as well save her from the void if needed too!)

I will tell you when I get one of them! It was very boring at first but then I found out a trick to get villagers in and out in 3 load ups! I love helping people get their dreamies ; u;

Agnes randomyl moved into my old town while I was trying to 16 Cycle out someone, and I felt SO bad when I let her go! (I actualy considered keeping her but she put her house on a terrible spot) so I decided to give her a chance in my new town. I really never expected to end up liking a pig villager so much! (Ive had terrible pig villagers as my starters on literaly every single one of my towns so I developed a bit of an aversion to them. But somehow Agnes managed to melt my heart~ )

The approval rating does not matter. My mayor in my old cycling town lived in a tent for years LOL

EDIT: the only annoying this is that every time I started up, Isabelle kept going "Mayor! Do you remember what I said about upgrading your tent to a house? If you don't do that, then you can't start improving the town!"

I still didn't get my rating to 100% but it killed a good 10 seconds every start up.

I did it myself actualy! (I cant remember where I found the background though )

I have to say thats probably not the best version of that siggy though! This is the siggy I used to have before I re-set my town.
