I've noticed that many (Okay, everyone) has dream villagers. Me included. Most people would do ANYTHING to achieve a town with all their dream villagers. My question is, what do you do after you have all your dream villagers? Do you just never let anyone leave?!?!
Personally, I would like to someday pass through all the villagers. Getting different villagers is what I play Animal Crossing for. Yes I have my favorites, but eventually I'll let them go... (Yes, even Mitzi...) The only villager I would ever like to keep forever is Walker or Punchy... I had them in WW for four years. The others will come and go.
Once i get my dream villagers, i do plan to eventually let one or two leave for variety, however there will be some, that will never be allowed to go such as Vesta, Willow, Apple & Rolf
I picked out set villagers i would like to enjoy seeing and interacting with everyday,
once i get them all i think ill live with them for the longest time until i feel like i want a certain other villager.
or if i dont max out having ten villagers ill try to help people get their dream villagers through my campsite.
Before I reset my town due to too many let downs, I had gotten attached to Rolf. I'd say, out of all the villagers I've had so far, He'd be the one I'd never let leave if he ever graced my town again. Other than that, since I'm still technically an AC newbie, no other villagers piqued my interest/plucked my heart-strings
I just put my dreamies in my siggy. There are a few I wouldn't mind leaving in return for equally good villagers. But some shall stay forever. I love most of the villagers in my town at the moment, especially Molly, but eventually I will let her leave.
I've thought about this too, I want a town full of villagers I really like, but also a lot of the fun for me is the excitement when that villager you hated finally leaves and wondering who will replace them. I'm sort of having a similar problem right now, I really like all my villagers apart from one, but they're not my dream villagers, so I think a few of them will have to be sacrificed for the greater good, even though I'll be sorry to see them go!
I only have one villager that I really, really want, and that would be Moe. I kind of like making friends with the villagers that I start with and trying to keep those.
I won't let them go until I receive their pictures. When I get a picture, if it's not a villager I like too much, I'll maker him/her move, I'll find someone who can give my my dream villager and tell that villager to move to my town.
They never leave...... ever..........

I let a few go in WW. But for the most part I fell in love with all my villagers and didn't let them go (Mitzi, Rosie, Samson, Curly, Yuka, and Elvis, and Joey)
In this one I've kept 3 of my starting villagers (Bob, Goldie, and Boone) and then Shep and Hopper moved in on there own. Love these guys to death
I've taken careful consideration on who I want the rest to be (Tiffany, Tucker, Fuchsia, Alli, and Bianca) Only Alli and Bianca left and then no one will leave... EVER
