(Dream)villagers questions

Hi! I recently bought New Leaf (I know, late to the party) and started playing seriously for the first time in the past week.

I've compiled a list of my dreamies based on people I used to love in City Folk and Wild World and I currently love in Pocket Camp.

They are:
- Ankha
- Bianca
- Coco
- Drake
- Gaston
- Goldie
- Marshal
- Octavian
- Ketchup

Now I know that Ketchup is only available through Amiibo. My first question is: are any of the others?
Besides, I picked only 9 so I have one open space for someone who moves in my town and I really like c:

My second question is: your town has 9 sloths available for any villagers, and then the tenth sloth is open for an amiibo scanned villager, correct? So imagine I get Ketchup to my town and she is my 10th villager. Then, someone moves away and I have 9 villagers. Is it then possible for someone to move in randomly or is that 10th spot again only open for amiibo scanned villagers?

The 10th spot is not only for the amiibo villagers, but also for the villagers that you convince to move in from a friend's town or from the campsite.

Okay! But when I have 9 villagers, no one will randomly move in? Even though one/some of those moved in by scanning them in?

There can be random StreetPass/void move-ins (see here to read more info that explains it in depth). I've gotten a 10th villager from someone's void and didn't know it until I saw the house plot with the sign and all. It's one of the risks when playing online for the game.

not sure if you got your first question answered but you're right, everyone else in the list is available without amiibo.
