What I like
I liked the tennis court design, with the stadium light! That is not in any other town i've seen - very creative!
You have lots of flowers around, and bushes, and trees. Generally, pretty well landscaped!
Your permanent building placements are quite nice, as I have that layout (pretty similar anyway) and spent a while deliberating over police station placements.
Your mayor's house was quite nice, especially the left room (cause I like the gorgeous series
)
How you could improve
I personally prefer my rooms to have some light, but I understand there's the main light that works, but not in dream towns.
Your path is nice, but after a while my eyes hurt from looking at all this checkeredness (if that's a word haha) but that might just be my opinion
Maybe have a few more flowers and trees? ;3

Your mayors ice room is also, dare I say,
cool.
How you could improve
You have 2 types of path, the Pokemon and the brick. Maybe just stick to one, and the flower bed border? (I personally prefer the Pokemon but)
I can tell you're having a giveaway or something(?) but maybe try to keep it all in one place, like the train station, as there a few little bundles of things in different places. :3
