Dream Town badge questions

hey I'm currently working on my visiting dream town badges and have a few questions, do you have to spend a certain amount of time in each dream town for it to count or can you just keep entering random ones and then leaving straight away and entering another one?
Another question is does it have to be a dream town that you search for yourself or does just entering random ones count?
Feel free to leave dream addresses too that I can visit of your own towns to help me get there a bit faster

you can just visit one and leave right after; you don’t have to be there for any certain amount of time.

and any dream town you visit counts, it doesn’t matter whether you’ve searched for it or if it’s a random one.
