so i finally made a dream address and luna sent me a dream bell exchange ticket, what does this do? is it actually useful?

she probably explained in the letter but i tend to delete letters before i actually have a chance to read them

You can get one every time you upload a new dream. I think you can only change it once a day. So if you change your island and want to upload a new dream that reflects the changes, you'll get another ticket in the mail from Luna!
