Dream addresses during summer/winter solstice?

After 4 years of playing New Leaf, I have yet to come across a dream town that is set up during the summer or winter solstice. Is it even possible in the first place to go to a dream town during those times? If so, please send me a few!

Thanks! So it is possible after all! On a side note, I was surprised that there was a set of clothing for a chef. It's funny because I'm currently taking culinary at college. lol
