*Pick a DA with the least reviews from the list below (pick randomly if people are tied), and write a review on it. Add your DA along with your critique, and you will be added to the list for others to review.

*Your review must state what you feel is the best area or aspect of the town and why, and which area/aspect you feel needs the most improvement. Do not be mean! All critiques should be constructive!

*If there's an area you want your reviewers to ignore (like a storage room or an area under major reconstruction), please state that when submitting your DA.

*You may critique and be critiqued multiple times, but understand that people with the least reviews will take priority!

I love your town name! I also dig the purple flowers as I use them a lot in my town too haha. I like your creative use of mushrooms! It is tricky to pull off a town that is open yet still looks put together but you do it well! I don't quite understand the part with the rows of flowers with paths between them.. is that your gardening area? I love the cut bamboo aesthetic a lot since i used it a lot in my town too and think it looks awesome. My favorite area is around Twiggy's house! It looks woodsy and natural without looking too messy. i think your villagers compliment your theme well! My only criticism is the picnic blanket looks a bit out of place. Maybe try sprucing it up with some flowers nearby! I love your house especially how you used dharmas in your main room! Overall great town!

My DA is on my TPC in my sig! My town is complete, but please ignore bradley and emma's houses as I haven't made them actual "houses" yet

PS I followed your tumblr and am in love with your leopard gecko

Aw, thanks so much! I agree with you about the picnic blanket. It looked much better in the summer. I'm taking a look around your town right now. :3

BluebellLight: Okay, the fact that you use my two favorite colors (blue and violet) is a big plus in my mind. :P I can tell you put a lot of time and thought into designing your town. The paths are laid out in such a way that they do an excellent job of drawing visitors to all the important areas of the town. I also really liked the "tombstone". I never would have thought of using that pwp that way. The way it was tucked away off the beaten path in an overgrown area kind of gave that area a sense of history, you know? It told a little mini-story. I love the areas leading up to the town hall and mayor's house with the trellis and rose arch. The mayor's house was really nicely decorated and looked like a functional home with the kitchen/bathroom/bedroom.

I think the beach is the area that could most be improved upon (I know it's freakin hard to work with the beaches in this game without hacks). I liked the little flower/shell path you did, and I think it would be neat to see more of that to make the beach more interesting. Also, and you're welcome to disagree... I noticed that there are the blue/purple flowers bordering the paths, then scattered white flowers in most other areas. I think it might look a bit more cohesive/balanced if you sprinkled just a few random blue/purple in with the white flowers.

Overall great town. I love to see towns where people put a lot of thought and effort into every area.

I love your town! It's a lot like I want mine to be. The flowers are gorgeous, I think there's enough and you didn't overdo it either. The fall theme was perfect, and mushrooms were a nice touch! I felt like I was walking through an enchanted forest. Your villagers are adorable. The first room when I entered your house was so quirky and fun! The room on the left was sort of mixed themed; it had some outer space, some kitchen, ect. What do you use that room for? My favorite rooms were the back room and the upstairs. The bedroom was so cozy, it was great and I bet the mayor spends a lot of time up there!
So overall, a lovely town with a lot of charm. I'd definitely visit again!

I'd appreciate a visit to my dream address, which is 5B00-0014-AB34. My town is not finished. I've owned ACNL since 2012 or 2013, and I haven't managed to pull my town together yet. I've seen quite a few dream towns, but I still can't improve my own. It would be great if I could get some pointers to steer me in the right direction. Thank you to anyone who gives my town a chance!

BluebellLight:

What a beautiful town! I really enjoyed visiting. First thing I noticed was that you have Bob and Willow and your town; so do I! I like your use of PWPs throughout your town, they looked like they really fit, and weren't just placed there. I thought that the bench and fountain was a great use of space. The mayor's house was my favorite... that kitchen? Perfect. I liked the bathroom too, gave me some ideas for mine. You must have put in a lot of work into getting the flowers that you have, and they all go together so nicely.
Overall, a really calming town with great personality! I will visit again sometime.

Riko:

I tried to jot down notes as I wandered through your town, so here's what I've got:

- The little bush and stump to the upper left of your plaza are cute; more of that could really help fill out some of the empty space in your town.
- I like the placement of the campsite! Maybe you could put some paths going around either side of it, so that it felt more like a central little campground? Some trees, stumps, and PWPs (hammock, fire pit) on either side of the paths could really help as well.
- It's very cool how a lot of your villagers have customized furniture; really gives their homes a distinctive look. Their custom shirts are really cute as well. I love when I visit people's towns and it seems like their villagers actually live there – like this is Nova's Chevre, not some picture-perfect Chevre behind a glass display case.
- I like the bamboo around the police station, and I think you could do more with it. A slightly larger, more organized section of bamboo near the wood building could look great, in my opinion. Might even be cool to go through the bamboo to get to the police station – like you have it now, except with more bamboo.
- Willow thought we were in Feldspar. Haha.
- Putting the park clock and the trash can near town hall was a nice call on your part, I think.
- My biggest suggestion for your town is that it could really benefit from a little more organization. You've got tons of great flowers, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of rhyme or reason to their placement. They're clumped enough for it to look intentional, but there's not much consistency as to flower type or color, nor have you used the flowers to outline paths or buildings. Creating some patterns with the flowers (all one type of flower, alternating two or three colors, etc.) in different areas of your town would help a lot, I think. Then I would feel more like I was moving through distinct areas of town as I walked through. I think it would also look good to arrange them in clearer shapes, either around PWPs and buildings or in squares/rectangles.
- In a similar vein, I think that paths would help a ton. To be clear, I do NOT mean that you need actual designs on the ground! Just having a general direction to the empty space, bordered by flowers, bushes, bamboo, and trees would be awesome. It can be very effective to use clumps of landscaping, as well as PWPs, to imply some kind of flow. You've already done this in front of your mayor's house, and it looks nice!
- (If you do decide you want more "formal" paths, I think that dirt paths, brick paths, or stone paths would fit your town well, but I honestly think it could also look great with just the natural grass if you organized the landscaping a bit more.)
- Speaking of which, I love the way Lauren's house and Henry's house look next to each other.
- I am hideous at interior decorating, so I don't have a lot to say in that regard. Sorry! I liked your upstairs room with all the Exotic furniture. The kitchen also looks really nice, except I think you need a few more items in the upper left-hand corner to fill out that space a bit.

I really hope that didn't seem harsh or anything! Your town had tons of cool little details that were evidence of the time you've spent on it, like the town tune and the villager outfits. I was just trying to give a few suggestions since you sounded like you still wanted to work on your town pretty substantially. You've got such an eclectic mix of villagers that you could really take this town any way you wanted – modern, woodsy, suburban, whatever. Best of luck with your town!

...

I would love to have a few visitors to Feldspar! I released my DA for the first time a couple of weeks ago, right before the update. I'm pretty bummed that the snowy winter evening version of Feldspar that I worked on for so long is now dead forever, before anyone actually visited, but hey, it looks nice in the spring, too! I'm mostly happy with my town, but there are a few areas that could use some touching up, so I'd love any feedback on what is and isn't working for people! DA is 4C00-0014-B3AA.

Riko

- your map is really cute, I'm in love with the island section.
- the location of your retail and camping grounds looks really good just from looking at the map.
- I love that your town tree is fully grown, it shows that you've been playing for a long time.
- I love that you have created pathways without using actual qr codes, the flowers do a really good job at defining them.
- Love that you use a lot of flower variations like a field of wildflowers almost.
- The rooms in your house are amazing, my favorite room is the kitchen although the main room also has a very fresh feel to it.
- The north room needs a little work but I'm guessing that you're currently working on it as a lot of items are just on the ground.
- Your mayor's fashion sense is also quite cute.
- The orange roses around the campsite look adorable with the autumn season!
- love the bamboo by the police station, they look so cool in the fall. They add a really forest-y feel to the town.
- overall I really enjoyed your town. It has a very relaxed/natural feel to it while still looking quite pretty. The only thing that I can recommend is maybe using more natural resources (bushes, bamboo, clovers, mushrooms) to add a little more variety to the landscape.

my dream address: 5C00-0013-211B
please ignore: the mayor's north, west, and east rooms and creme's north room.
need advice on creme's upstairs room

Your town is drop dead gorgeous; I was trying very hard to find a thing to critique.
For your upstairs, I think you should make bookcases hit the wall maybe instead of just rows :)
Plus making a rather large room like a library is really hard for a room like upstairs.

mine is: 5B00-0014-B9F8
its underdeveloped in places and I have no clue what to add!!
you might notice I have a suspension bridge as a dock and two police stations
those are probably the only two things I hacked into my town, nothing else in terms of greenery :)
sugestions would be great!

Sheando: Thank you so so much for your notes about my town! I really appreciate you taking the time to write them. Those are going to be really helpful for me. I feel so much more motivated now than I did before!

I also toured your town, Feldspar!

The first thing I noticed is you left out clothes to wear and a balloon; I love that! Your town is absolutely beautiful, I think it looks great in spring! It's so colorful, and it was nice to be somewhere "warm". (Even if it was just virtual warmth) The flowers and the paths coordinated which was really nice. Everything in your town seemed to have a place and a purpose; you really worked well with that map. I think my favorite spot was the red bench, or the yellow bench by the river. I liked the way you have a path leading up to the mayor's house. I liked the rooms inside, and the kitchen really stood out to me. My only suggestion is that maybe you could leave out little "gifts" (sparklers, glow wands, ect.) near the blue bench and fountain. You could even put a few jacob's ladders over there.
Overall, I loved how bright and fun your town is! Will be visiting again.
