Dogs

I've never had a dog. I was so close to convincing my mum that we should get a labrador, but she eventually decided not to. But for fair enough reasons, considering my mum works during the daytime, and no one is there from like 8am - 4pm. It'd be unfair to leave a dog at home alone all day... So we just decided not to get one (we're getting a cat instead, though, which I'm really excited about, since I love them too!). But I'd really like to be able to have one in the future. Labradors are so adorable! I also love Corgis. xD

I used to have a Yorkshire terrier when I was younger, but he passed away. I now have a golden retriever and a Pekingese.

Corgis are my favourite type of dog, I like both pedigree and those crossed with other breeds. I intend to adopt one someday, I'm planning on naming them Waddles.

Both labs and cats are great! My mom had 2 labs, a black one and a yellow one, when she was a teenager. They're great dogs

ha! i used to be absolutely TERRIFIED of dogs, even the little tiny ones! but over time i slowly began to like them more and more. now the only thing i'm terrified of is my love for dogs.
i have a rat terrier named bella! she's super cute, a bit bark-y and unfortunately not that friendly around people (except for people that she knows well) and can be an overall turd, however she's pretty great nonetheless.

I love dogs! My family has a Golden Retriever and a German Shepard mix (we aren't sure what he's mixed with but he looks a lot like a Miniature Pinscher to me), and I had a Border Collie too but he passed away last summer. I miss him a lot.

In the future I'd love to have a pit bull, but I really love all dogs so any kind is fine with me.

I'm a cat person but I really like Corgis and Akitas. Way back when, I was at a birthday party and they had a pool. My friend couldn't swim though and I was in the shallow end just sort of hanging out when they threw her into the water close enough to me that she grabbed me and almost drowned me. Then, the friend who was hosting the party (not the girl drowning) panicked and went to run inside to get someone letting her pembroke corgi out who jumped in the pool and separated us. I basically owe not drowning when I was 12 to corgis and plus they're really cute with their little stubby leggies ; ^ ;

My mom is an animal hoarder. It was really hard growing up with 18 or more dogs and 15 or more cats. None of them spade or neutered. Sometimes they didn't get enough food, and none of them got enough attention As an adult, I decided to never own a pet, but a couple of years ago my daughter begged for a dog. We ended up getting two full grown dachshunds. They had never been separated so it was take both or none. I wanted them to have a nice home, so we adopted them. ( They are not related. The previous owner only wanted them for breeding). We didn't plan on the mother getting pregnant, but she did. ( about two weeks after we got her). She had 6 adorable puppies. We were going to give them all away, but my daughter cried.lol. Now we have three dogs. We love them dearly.

Keep in mind that they chew on things, dig holes and ruin the lawn, and need tons of attention, just like a child.
