Whenever you create an Animal Crossing saved file, do you make your mayor look like you? Is your mayor based off another character? What is your inspiration for your mayor?

Yup! The Mayor is even named after me! All of the Players in my town Shamplin are based off of mee.
I don't have green hair irl, tho. I do have brown skin! That's why I can't play without a tan!!!

not at all besides my fair skin haha- mayor claire and bumble both have white hair, and claire has blue eyes while bumble has black (for now at least)

sometimes my mayor looks like me, sometimes not? i change her hair a lot and use a ton of different colors so i would say usually its a no lol the only real similarity is the eye color which i never change and the name

Sometimes! In my everyday life I try to wear casual clothes (jeans, leggings, sweatshirts, long sleeves/short sleeves, etc.) and that's what my mayor will usually have on (or sometimes a dress) but I don't do it on purpose, I think it's just more of what catches my eye lol

I always use my nickname “Jules” for my mayor, but she doesn’t resemble me much I guess, besides hair and eye colour. My mayor wears dresses in the game but I never wear dresses irl. My avatar is a lot more feminine than how I usually dress/act lol.

The mayor of Diamond, yes. The mayor of Canaan, not so much. I tried brown eyes with Canaan?s mayor and she just ended up looking demonic. Since the brown eyes didn?t work out I figured I wouldn?t bother making the hair color accurate either. Thus why the mayor of my first town has blue eyes and white hair.

Not really. In my main town, I change my mayor's look around pretty often.

My mayor rn: Short blue hair, blue eyes, pale skin
Me IRL: Long blonde hair, green eyes, pale skin

She and I do share the same name though.

The haircut is WAY off, I’ve always wanted very short hair, so, I made my Animal Crossing character have a male hairstyle. I would be too scared to actually cut my hair that short... I wear funny glasses in-game when J don’t even wear glasses, I just did it because my eyelashes are naturally quite long. The only thing that resembles me in her is her clothes. I would honestly wear that 7/11 shirt, NTDO tee, caf? uniform, or the 1-Up cap in day to day life. The pants are also something I would wear, plain black. I wouldn’t wear the shoes, though. I change them often because I can’t find the perfect pair. My skin also resembles me, the palest it can be lol

Nah. If I had bright blue hair in a massive bow on my head, I think I'd attract more attention than I can handle! I don't really try to make myself in Animal Crossing games because I have waist-length hair. The ponytail gets pretty boring after a while.
