Because I could have SWORN he was charging 598K for first expansions and 798K for second expansions, but now he's charging 398K twice and then 598K for the last expansion of a room. Now, I've got a Four Leaf Clover, a Triforce, a Lucky Black Cat, and a Lefty Lucky Cat all set up in my house, with the first two in Feng Shui position, as well as a bunch of Gold Furniture and Trophies also put into Feng Shui position. Did this make Tom Nook lower his prices, and have you ever had this happen to you?
Does Feng Shui and Lucky Items effect Tom Nook's house expansion prices?

. If your starting early game it's a pain to pay your house but set up a perfect fruit farm and you'll get the money eventually. Just look on the wiki and you'll see the same prices.
I'm pretty positive no single expansion goes up to 798k regardless for New Leaf
