Does everyone get 200 BTB to start off with?

When you join TBT, do you get 200 BTB as a welcome gift?

You get around 700 if you post enough.

if im correct you have to introduce yourself in the introduction board and welcome others to get the 200 tbt (and 500 more)
i could be wrong though
