Does anything happen to items when snow is in the ground?

Its starting to snow in my town since I tt a lot and I have items in the floor

What will happen to them? Will they disappear or something?

Do not worry snow and rain will not harm any items on the ground. I keep several towns in winter or fall at all times. Hope your question was answered.
