Does anyone have problems with specific flower hybrids?

Purple hyacinths, purple tulips, and blue roses. I gave up and traded for blue roses; think I'm going to do the same for purple hyacinths.

I have extra blue pansies if you want 2 just for breeding purposes (I'm been able to get purple pansies from this batch too so think that might help you out)

I got purple pansies and windflowers thanks to nook mile island hybrids and slowly obtained all but the following blue roses, purple hyacinths and purple tulips. I’m currently testing black tulips that spawned from orange tulips to see if they increase my chances.

Purple hyacinths were such a pain to me. The only thing that worked was using rainy days to breed them. Got rid of all the other flowers on the island and then I would TT back and forward from a rainy day and only then the purple hyacinths started showing up.

This method can be kind of a hassle if you have too many flowers laying around (I forgot one yellow cosmos behind a cliff and when I noticed the whole cliff side was covered in yellow cosmos) but I also managed to breed purple tulips, purple roses and green mums that way. Something about the rain makes hybrids more likely it seems, not 100% guarantee though.

I have an extreme over-abundance of all rose varieties and have enough of every hyrbrid except Lillies. Lillies just don't really grow for me.

I get so many pink everything! And I've had no problems with blue hyacinths. Really makes me wonder if there could be island variation on difficulty, maybe depending what your native flower is?

For some reason blue hyacinths have been SO hard to breed to me

I tried to put together white hyacinths coming from seed bags to see if blue one would pop out , nothing has cone out so far.

And then , I traded some stuff to get 4 blue hyacinths, but even then , I still CANNOT breed them and get more flowers((

This is the same for me! I'm just trying to get them so I can breed purple ones but I still have not gotten ONE. TT A TT
