I've had this happen too often with a villager now that I'm suspicious of them xD. I'm TTing to open up plots and looking for a specific villager to leave, I'll run around when I move to the next day, spot them and when I talk they just start talking about wanting to change their catchphrase like why you gotta play me like that ;;
For now at least with all the rumours of force closing corrupting data I will enter a shop or house and come back out to make sure if it's a moving bubble since if it isnt it'll just disappear off the villager. My only thought process of how to move them at this point is to pick someone from the campsite so they can kick her out ;;
