Does anyone get sentimental when cycling?

I just started cycling for the first time..I told myself that I wouldn't get attatched to my cycling town.. I have another town where I have most of the villagers that I'd like.. (ONLY Truffles WON'T move!!! so that I can have someone else)

At first I started to do small things..bridges and such to make my life easier... I tried to avoid the animals..But some of them are so DARN cute.. I mean WHO can ignore Cookie?! She has these HUGE eyes and she's cute to boot..

So yeah, has it happened to anyone else? To fall in love with their cycling town? Or regret when a villager was in boxes? Did you eventually quit cycling?

I just got a second copy; my plan was to get a better town map and move my villagers from my original town to the new one, but I started to feel like I was abandoning them...which is totally stupid, I know.

So long, boring story short: I now have two towns.

Haha, I know sometimes Zell is so nice even though I never talk to him..I feel bad for him.. He always asks me if I've been gone practicing my sweet dance moves.. LOL...Thanks goodness there's no villager neglect police huh?!

Gah, I know how you feel. Sometimes I feel bad for ignoring the animals too. Especially when they ask me for a super easy favor, like "can you get me a fruit" and i'm all like "... sorry... no".

The only way I can get myself to keep on cycling is that there is no way I can take all those cuties in my main town and that they will find much better homes... atleast most of them >< Had to void Gala recently.

When cycling back my villagers into my new town, i messed up plot resetting and my pietro plotted badly and it was pretty hard for me to let him go. He was my first random move in and my favorite smug. Hes with my friend now but i still miss him

Well I don't have a cycling town but when I did the 16 villager cycle and knew I HAD to let anyone move whatever chance I got to get it over and down with well... it was hard. There was three villagers in my town I absolutely loved but had decided not to keep them as dreamies so when they offered to move I was heartbroken. And I also stumbled upon one of my starters from Wild World and wished he could've stayed longer (he was probably the quickest to move out ever ;^; ). Plus all the cute characters I stumbled upon.

*sigh* yeah there are some super cute ones.. but then there are some super "uncute" ones..

It's not always the popular ones that are the sweetest once you really get to know a villager...I've totally fallen for Del even though he's not super popular..

If I had a cycling town this would be a problem of mine as well. Right now I am in the process of completely ignoring Monique so she could move out and I feel soo bad. I hope all your cycling villagers get a loving home <3

I know they're going to people who really want them so that helps.. I've been ignoring Truffles too so that she'll leave my main town but it's been months and she's totally not moving..

I know what you mean. I had Ken as a random move-in, but he totally grew on me and now I can't picture my town without him.

It's funny.. In my main town I've never TT'd and have mainly the same villagers for over a year... It's quite new to me to cycle to get the ones I want..

Honestly what makes me the happiest is to see the people who really want someone get them..It's so cute to see when someone goes and adopts someone who's leaving..

I just got a second ds and a spare cart for cycling after I finish my last dreams and I know this will be a problem as well as not wanting an ugly weedy town...but once finish my last dreams and learn how to move animals ect bt two machines I should be ok with it, as my list has like nine left, I have space then I won't feel so bad as will have all my dreams finally. Plus there are only so many towns can handle but I always go back same date left off.
Will be hard that's why using moving hold cart and my unfinished last town to complete my dream list then won't be tempted to keep anyone more.
