Hate when their villagers wear shirts that you don't like? Or the shirts from "Somebody from Anytown"?
Someone in my town is wearing the white shirt made by "Somebody from Anytown"...I sent him a bunch of shirts and he asks for shirts and then he just puts it in his room and never wears it.
Anyone else has the same problem?

I got a Red Argyle Shirt for Hans, but he will not switch out of his blue one. I want to see what he looks like in the red version!

There was this time when everyone in my town was wearing the button down shirt design. It actually looks really good on Tiffany though.

If you don't want them to wear the "Someone from Anytown" designs (and don't have nice custom designs of your own), replace every single one of them with a design on an umbrella. Then just keep sending the villagers new clothing, and those designs should fade away quickly.

Urgh... yes. I had this one villager who was wearing one of this ugly custom shirts (the green duck one) and the next days almost everyone had it too. It was spreading like a plague. It wouldn't have been so bad if it had been some nice shirt but... .
It took a while to get them to wear nice things again. Some wore the shirts I send them on the first try, some sadly not. I have now only my custom designs displayed (dresses, umbrellas..) so that it won't happen again, at least not with this ugly duck shirt.

I replaced those designs as quickly as I could. That duck shirt... Whitney was wearing it when I adopted her. Lucky she didn't take long before decided to wear my custom design for the town.

I did that awhile ago. But this one villager just won't change the white shirt and it's been a few months...It's crazy.

Have you sent them clothes in their preferred style? It hasn't taken me more than ~5 attempts to get them to wear clothes in their favorite style.

YES. I saw a few villagers wearing the anytown bird shirt and I literally flipped out replaced all the shirts with umbrellas and sent them their original shirt.

And then kyle started wearing the orange sunset tee thing and it looks HORRIBLE.

They seem to not change clothes even if they ask, but yeah I sent him random shirts that I bought...I'll go send him his original shirt next time.

Yes. Sometimes my villagers can pull off really ugly shirts, but sometimes they just can't
Cheri's wearing the somebody from anytown white shirt and I don't like it.

Yes, it's awful. It's especially annoying when they keep mentioning "Did you know that this shirt was made by Someone from Anytown?"
