Documentaries

I like all PBS documentaries including episodes of Nova and Secrets of the Dead as well as The Smithsonian Channel's series "Secrets" and "Mystery Files"

Oh, I remember watching 'The Woman Who Wasn't There'. It's ridiculous how far that lady got away with her lies. Very interesting and bizarre. If anybody watched and enjoyed that one I'd recommend 'The Imposter'. It's a documentary about a French man who assumes the identity of a lost Texas kid and ends up living with that kids family under that lie for a good year or so.

Documentaries I've watched recently:

1. Jodorowsky's Dune
2. Anger Me
3. Directed by Andrei Tarkovsky

I'd recommend them all but not sure if you'd get enjoyment out of them if you don't like the directors they're about / don't know of their work.

Check out Vice on YT.If you're interested in history, I suggest the People's Century series and The World Wars from History Channel

I think the only real documentaries I've seen are Blackfish and Inside North Korea.
The first was because there's a lot of buzz for it, and the second because it was for my World History class sophomore year of high school.
I do like to watch Youtube videos from the Vice channel. I think those count as having a documentary like style.

A touch controversial for a site like this maybe, but I watched Jesus Camp recently (I think that was the title anyway. um)

Trying to make it through the revamped Cosmos stuff but I'm just not finding it as interesting as I thought I would. Blasphemy I know.

I really liked the little mermaid and then the 2nd one the last 6 months
RIP SHILOH PEPIN.

I've watched Jesus Camp a few times

It makes me feel sick to my stomach...

JESUS CAMP IS HORRIFYING OMG

Also, if you're a nature freak like me: I recommend the Planet Earth series
