Do your paths reach everywhere or only main areas?

Mine technically is everywhere, but it's not at the same time. They all are connected to each other and loop so that you can reach the main buildings. I kinda hate when my paths go to a dead end so that's kinda why. Paths that only reach a villager's house/building and stops doesn't really appeal to me.

My paths are mainly situated in areas that are visited most often and they touch or are close to areas like my cherry orchards or villager houses so that you can reach it but not directly go to it with a path, it's just plain grass, or snow in this case since it's winter, so you just explore without a guide in a way lol

The only reason I even place paths is because of the grass wear. If the grass wear wasn't so bad, I would definitely have gone for a natural town.

Mine lead everywhere. The main buildings, villager houses, to the beach, etc. I even have a path going through an area with no buildings at all. It just keeps me more organized.

I'm still trying to decide. I think it looks clean when there are paths just leading to main areas and to villagers homes. It can tend to look a bit cluttered if there are patterns on every square. Also, I hate it when I'm trying to shoot a package down or shake fruit off of a tree and it "disappears" because it falls on top of a pattern...! ;w; That being said, there are some Dream Towns that I've seen/traveled to that have used a lot of patterns, all over town, and it looks very cool!

my path reach everywhere. but I have two different types of paths. I have brick paths which reach only the "main" areas, and I have dirt paths (qr codes) that reach the forest/nature areas

mine reach everywhere :)
I just change the path QR if necessary depending on what area it's in.

I haven't reached that point yet, but I plan to have my main two tile path connect the train station, town hall, plaza, Re-Tail, my house, and the ramps, and then have a one tile path connect the villagers houses to the the main path.

Everyone doesn't like my town layout cuz some of my paths lead to a cliff and you have to turn around to come back. I have sections where they don't go for reasons :)

My paths reach mostly everywhere. There is just one spot by the river that it doesn't reach, and another area that I consider to be my "orchard".
