Do your houses have the same wallpaper all throughout?

For those here who have a set house theme or color scheme, do you stick with the same background or flooring just to make it all match better?

What are your thoughts on this? I used to keep them all different but I?m trying out matching some rooms now a bit more.

I don't, I've never thought about having it the same through all rooms,I'm going to have to try that.

I enjoy the variety of having different wallpapers. Having the same throughout seems like it would fit for a more realistic house, so I might have to keep that in mind if I ever want to build one of those.

Normally, yes. Depends on theme. Only exception is the basement, where I make it more into a 'storeroom' type room.

I have too many favorite wallpapers to not use as many of them as I can, lol.

I've never tried to use the same wallpaper or flooring throughout a house before, but it sounds interesting for a themed house.

Most of my houses in real life have had different wallpaper/paint colors in different rooms, so it just feels natural to me to have each room be different. I try to keep the same feeling or theme throughout the house, but use a variety of wallpapers and color schemes to keep things fresh.

I like your idea though, and think it would be fun to try someday.

I couldn't imagine having an entire house that was all once color theme. For me, each room has to have it's own theme and variety, so I've never had a bunch of rooms with the same wallpaper.

Now, say, if I were to go with a one-color theme for some reason, it's still unlikely that I would use the same wallpaper for each room, since again, I would want each room to have it's own kinda theme.

No neverrr. For me each room must be different while also sticking to the main theme. I sometimes use the same flooring, cause I feel there is a lack of flooring options for some stuff. But as much as I can help it, I will keep every room different.

I like having variety in my houses so I don't typically like using the same wallpaper/flooring anywhere in the same house. I'd be okay with another one of my characters having the same set as my mayor is using though. Just not in the same house.

All of my wallpaper and flooring in my house are different.
The theme usually stays throughout, but I like some different feel going on in each room.

Woah, I never do that. Maybe it depends on what you like but I personally like having different wallpaper throughout my house even if I'm following a certain theme. I feel like it gives more variety and honestly looks better imo. Though, it's your decision.

I love choosing wallpaper and flooring that, to me, best suits each individual room and its theme. It can really bring out a well-decorated interior.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a house with the same wallpaper and flooring in every room! All of mine are different.

No, I don't usually have the same wallpaper and flooring. To me, having different ones makes the house feel more unique, but recently I've been thinking of doing one specific theme for my house and that would be a bright cozy theme. So, if I do that, I may use the same flooring, but the wallpaper definitely needs to be different.

I will probably end up switching some things around to make the walls and flooring a bit different. Right now though all the rooms are looking pretty nice all matching

I think it?s easier to switch things around once the rooms are fully complete though.

I have never used the same wallpaper or flooring I don't think. My main characters house is themed like a real house, but also each room has a theme. Bedroom is mermaid theme (as well as the exterior), so that has mermaid wallpaper and flooring. I have a bathroom which has an ocean themed wallpaper and flooring, forget what it is called. I have a kitchen which has the kitchie theme wallpaper, which is orange. So I have an orange floor. My main room when you walk in is like the living room so neutral wallpaper and flooring. My upstairs is Mario themed. The basement is all my completed fossils so I have the dirt wallpaper and flooring. Then I have three other character houses which I use to display different sets. So everything is pretty much different. You guys might not care about all this, but I figured it would be a good way to get some bells. Haha.

This is something I've never even thought of doing :O it could be interesting to try to design a house that way. In every game I've played I've made each room entirely different, no two rooms have the same wallpaper/floor, let alone all of them haha

god no, i always want each room to have a different theme so i wouldn't really be able to restrict myself in that sense.

I like to have the same flooring on the main floor rooms, but other than that it is a free for all.
