Do you workout?

I'm in Track and Cross Country so I run almost everyday. And since right now is summertime, Cross Country training starts every morning at 6 AM.
 
I work out for 30 minutes a day on my WiiFit. I do 10 minutes of running and 20 minutes of strength training, so it's not just 5 minutes of a real workout and 25 minutes of crappy balance games. It really works, i've lost a lot of weight so far!
 
I train with Brawl everyday.
And play VolleyBall at school most of the days
 
People think that all I do is workout. I go often though about 3-4 times a week I go to the gym. I try to do at least three miles on a treadmill and my lifting varies from arm, torso, and leg workouts.
 
i work out every noow and then, although i do 10 push ups a day, if that counts.

my friends dad has some weights i go over there sometimes on weekends!
 
Really, other than gym class I don't a lot during the winter. But during summer, between camping, hiking, bike riding, swimming, and backyard football with my friends, I get in my fair share of excercise I guess.
 
Not really... I don't really need it, anyway. I'm fit enough as I am. But since I am extremely light and skinny, it might be a good idea to put a little more muscle on me... =P I need to get back into Wii Fit... I'm just too busy with other games at the moment. XP

but in the summer i always go on bikerides and walk everywhere
soo im set.

Plus im already fit-ishh
 
Not really, But I do run/walk when I go to school in the mornings...
so... I often workout x]
