Do you workout?

Awesome! what degree? I'm still a first degree.
I've always wanted to do kendo. They don't have classes in my area, but if they did i would definitely try it.

I stopped after I got my third degree.
The likelihood of finding kendo teachers in most places in the US is pretty unlikely. I just got lucky. =/

Does 50 minutes of PE and then 1 hour 40 minutes of sport at school count?
If so yes.
But this year I got unlucky with my schedule so they're both on the same day and not spread out. >_>
Oh well, I walk from my school to tesco every day which is 1.115km and my school has massive grounds (100 acres) which I walk around within mostly like 3 times a day in total with the amount of walking we do to and from lessons so.

I used to a lot. Like a lot.
Power lifting...
I was on powders and pills.
I got real big, angry all the time. Allways pissed off.
Scary to some I guess.. Had a couple insadents..
I was benchin allmost like 100lbs over my body waight at the time.
Got sick, huge estrogen levels for a guy and quit all the extras.
Lost my straight kinda fast, Tryed to level out ended up dropping and pinning myself with no one around.
Just started again with nothing but water, and now if it looks like I might miss a work out on a work out day, I get horably depressed and hate myself.

I work out a lot because I need to be big and strong, able to defend myself from what ever comes at me in order to protect my family. Ill do anything to protect my family.

Um, no. I walk to work a lot though and spend all weekend messing about at the yard where my horse is, so I'm usually up and about doing something without having to specifically workout in the traditional sense. Plus my office is on the top floor and all those stairs kill me at 7.45am every day!!

Yeah sometimes I have to get up out of my chair. Those are sit-ups right? And sometimes I have to go downstairs and get more Pepsi. I've been doing this for about two years and I'm like 5 foot 8" and only 110 pounds. Weight is going to hit me like a bus.

I don't really work out. At school we sometimes have to do Fitness Training but it's never something too difficult or whatever. I'm pretty much too lazy to.
