My girlfriend has a tattoo and 21 piercings. I used to have a few piercings myself. But no tattoos. I've been designing my tattoo for the last year now. I will get it eventually. I'm unsure if I will get my tattoo first, or get my Labret pierced. I really want my Labret pierced. But I'm worried about it, because both my tongue piercing and nipple piercings didnt turn out the way I had hoped.

I have two tattoos, I love them. I loved getting them, the pain kinda felt good. It really didn't hurt that bad, I'm currently in the process of working on one that goes down my spine. :]

It isnt supposed to hurt, but my tongue piercing hurt really bad. It was bleeding everywhere for about 10 min, and I lost 40 lbs in 2 weeks because I couldnt eat.
2 months later, it was rubbing up against a nerve in my tongue, and hurt really really bad all the time. I eventually just took it out and it closed up in 10 hours.
My nipple piercing was pierced with an .18 gauge. Which is way too small for a nipple piercing to start out with. I didnt know at the time though. It wouldnt heal, and I eventually took it out. I didnt pay for the nipple piercings though.
I will probably get my Labret done next.
