I've made a few, but I don't use them. I change my outfit each day and mix and match items. I don't like that a wand prevents you from accessing things. My storage is filling up fast enough; I don't need duplicates.
I do have two wands displayed. The star wand is in my bedroom and the shell wand in my beachy witch basement.
I don’t like to because I like to mix and match my outfits and I don’t spend the time buying duplicates for a wand. I just have changing rooms on the beach on my island so it’s not that hard to quickly change my outfit.
My rose wand is an absolute lifesaver when it comes to a sudden rainstorm! I can just throw on my rainy day clothes (or any other costume I have ready to go) in a blink.
I use mine sometimes. I have a few outfits set to it, but not much. But I've got a rainy day outfit, just so I match my neighbors on rainy and stormy days, and for some reason the hardhat the construction app puts on you bugs me with most outfits... SO I made a construction outfit to wear whenever I do construction, so my character looks cute even when she's working
I also just made a witch character, who I'm planning to make a collection of wands for... if only I could get another meteor shower, I need more star fragments so bad
Not anymore. I don't like that clothing items used for wand outfits get removed from the wardrobe... which means that in order for me to repeat certain items for multiple outfits i would need to have multiple copies of said item.
I have a Star wand for Chara and a Bamboo wand for Kris until I can gets better wands. I putted Kris' Darkworld outfit and Chara's outfit on them, as well as some others.
I use a wand! It's the fish wand at the moment. I used to be jealous that my villagers could transform instantly when the rain started and back again when it stopped. Now I can too!
That's pretty much all I use it for but I also have a "work" outfit for when I'm in construction mode - it looks silly wearing a hard hat with a pretty outfit!
Then I have a fancy outfit that I planned to use for ceremonies, but then couldn't be bothered to hold them. A preppy outfit that I was planning to use to take photos when I completed my dinosaurs, which I sometimes used. A kimono, a sheep costume and pyjamas, which I don't really use.
I like to get changed using a wardrobe every morning and then keep that outfit on the whole day, unless the weather changes from sun to rain. I like to mix and match pieces, so registering outfits to a wand is annoying because it locks them out. Nice idea, but not how I play!
I use a wand! It helps me get clothes OUT of storage. I usually only save an outfit if I've been wearing it for at least a week and haven't changed it. I have 5 slots filled with go to looks I've fallen in love with and just leave my default appearance with whatever I find in ables as I make my next outfit.
no ;; as cute as i find the wands, the function just isn't important enough for me while i'm in the middle of redecorating my island! the extra inventory space is takes up can be really annoying while i'm moving mass amounts of flowers or other stuff across my island. i also don't like how you can't use a single article of clothing twice in different outfits. i'd rather just change normally using my wardrobe.
I have wands but I've never set up any outfits. It's a nice touch but my characters have the same outfits and it takes up a potential space in my opinion. Maybe one day?
No, I don't really see the use for them. If I want to change, I can just go back home to my wardrobe, or use the fish cooler set up on my dock. Though they're cute, they take up another inventory space, and you can't carry them all the time because of tools.
