Do you try to limit having more than 1 of the same species?

I did want to restrict myself to no more than one of each, but I couldn't find an uchi I liked so I ended up with Muffy even though I already had Pietro. There's no way I'm getting rid of Pietro so for now I have two sheep. It doesn't bother me as much as I thought it would.

It's not a requirement but I try to limit myself to two or three of the same species if I could not help it. I have 3 deers and 2 wolves right now.

My limit is 3, I once had 3 squirrels (Hazel, Peanut & Filbert) and then I had 3 eagles... with the same personality .-. (Frank, Avery & Apollo) now I'm just down to 2 Eagles. I don't mind having repeats, but I've been thinking of having more variety which is hard since I really like all the villagers I have atm.

I like having diversity in species, but at the same time I don’t really care to much if I really like a certain villager.

Currently have two cats in Bob and Rosie, and two horses with Roscoe and Julian. I really like all of them too so may be keeping them for a while haha.

Initially I told myself to try and avoid having repeat species. But I love Rudy and Punchy. I like Sterling, Pierce, Keaton and Buzz. I gave up and went with the villagers I want. I don't see a point to limiting myself anyway.

I have three wolves, three dogs, one rabbit, a bear, a kangaroo, and a flamingo (Flora isn't an ostrich, no way.)

I do but with the exception of Chrissy and Francine on my New Leaf game. Right now, the lazy I want is Stitches but since Judy is another bear cub I might look into other lazy villagers.

I would like to but I like too many squirrels lol but I'm happy being surrounded with my little rodent friends!
