Do you try to have a balanced number of personalities?

My favorites are all normal, but I wanted one of each so I got my favorites of each one of the personalities and got duplicated personalities just of my favorite villagers!

I am going to have them all in both towns. Extras are Uchi, Smug, Lazy, and Normal.

I'm allways having to much normals, I had 5 normals in my last town. And I already got 3 in this town. I just love all the normals <3

I plan to have one of each personality, because even if I like some villagers that well... two villagers with the same dialogue are already a bit dull to me and then to have three of the same personality or more... I think that isn't something I would like. I currently have two lazys which I both plan to keep at the moment and if I have my last favorites I would have two snootys as well.

Yes, I like to have one of each. My town is kind of a mess right now though, because I have to transfer a bunch of villagers between my two towns.

Volantis, at the moment, has 7 girls and 3 boys (eek!)

I have 3 peppy villagers right now, 2 lazy ones, 2 cranky ones, 2 smug ones, and 1 uchi villager. Once I start getting villagers I like more it will be more even, though I'll still have 3 peppy villagers and 3 lazy ones.

I did see a dream town with 4 peppy villagers, 1 snooty, 1 uchi, 3 normals, and 1 lazy villager. I think that would be boring.

Yes, I like to try to have at least one of each type, but it's difficult because I like a ton of villagers of some types and hardly any of others. At the moment I have three normals and no jock.

I've never really had any specific set of villagers that I'd want in my town, but I do need variety. Sometimes I just don't understand why someone would want a whole town of the same specie or same personality. Gets a little boring, don't you think? I mean, considering the repeating dialogue... I couldn't stand ten of my villagers saying the exact same things to me and looking exactly the same, feel?

Currently I have one of each personality (although I got the Uchi completely out of nowhere and got lucky on her house plot choice), with an extra Cranky and an extra Lazy. I'm more into guys than I am girls (in-game and in real life, yup yup) so I tend to like more of them in my town. 6 to 4, plus an Uchi which is basically a guy in girl skin? Cool with me. :]

Oh, and there was a time before that I had 4 peppies in my town (Rosie who I only took in to give to other people, Flora who was my first camper, Gabi who was my first random move-in, and Agent S who was a starter and the only one of these four I actually miss). Now peppies are my second-to-least favorite personality (the first being smug, which is overwhelmingly boring imo).

I have eight dreamies: one for each personality. I have two open spots for other villagers, so I would always have at least one of each personality.

I try to keep the personalities in my town balanced, but I find it hard because I keep wanting all the normal and cranky villagers. Right now I have 3 cranky, 2 normals, 1 jock, 1 peppy, 2 snooty. As my cranky villagers I have Wolfgang, Rolf and Octavian, but I am thinking of swapping Rolf and Octavian for Chief and Fang, as I am so in love with the wolf villagers .

Yes. I currently have every personality, and an extra smug and cranky villager. (I'm planning to swap the extra cranky villager for an extra snooty villager though.)

i like the snooties too much and don't like the peppies/jocks enough

when i am happy with the villager make-up in my town it will be a very unfriendly place to be as almost everyone will be cranky and snooty hahaha

At first I did, but now I don't even care. I have, currently, 3 normals, 2 uchis, 2 snooties, 1 cranky, 1 jock, and 1 peppy. I hope to kick out one of my uchis for a smug, and I plan on switching my jock for another jock. I may get rid of a normal for a lazy, but I'm not sure.

I have 1 of each personality and an extra Jock and Peppy! But I'm thinking of letting Tangy go for another uchi, probbaly Pashmina or Renee
