I agree with Hidden Owl, it will not take everything you listed to obtain one. I would post a thread looking for one and ask for what people are willing to trade it for....and see what offers you get to choose from

thats a value over 20K
the yellow letter is only worth 14K at most, it gets restocked at every TBT direct so the value is just going to drop more. Whereas the pokeball's value will only go up because it was only for an event and who knows if they'll ever bring it back.

I will also say, you certainly shouldn't need to use nearly as many collectibles as you listed. Do what Mysticoma suggests, make a thread under trading and see what offers you get. You can always use Lassy guide for an estimate of what a collectible is worth and then balance that against the price of a yellow japanese logo.

I think it'll wait till the next direct, as I am sure after any trades, i'll regret it.

Seriously, I think you are offering way too many items. You might want to edit your post so (if they haven't already) others won't know how desperate you are. I tried going by the suggested guide one time and got blasted. But do use it to get an idea of what you could truly put up to offer equal to the amount of the item you want. Not everyone is out to make a huge profit.

Patience. Someone was looking for an item for a long time. They didn't give up and a very generous individual gifted it to them. Good luck.
