Do you think this villager placement is OK?

So I'm laying out areas for villagers to move, and stumbled upon this questionable placement. I really want this layout to work and I'm scared that the 2nd tile in the "2 tile spacing" (yellow one) is too close to the edge of the cliff, making its actual spacing null and void. Do you think it's okay?

It look okay to me.
I had Shep move in next to a cliff in my old town, and I plotted four houses side by side along the river with one space behind. :)

Yep, it looks fine to me as well. You only need 1 space on the sides and back of the plot in relation to the cliff and you easily have two spaces. I can't see the left side or the front, but assuming those have plenty of space then you should be good.

just like the others said, it looks completely fine!
your villagers can move 1 space away from cliffs, and rocks. (sideways)
and there needs to be once space behind the villager as well.
good luck with villager placement!

It looks good to me! I personally really like villager houses close to the cliff, I like how it looks in the town and I always think it would be a nice view out of the window for them <3

That looks great! It's far enough away from the cliff and river, well leaving some extra room for walking or decor. Great going. :D

I think so. I remember asking a similar question a while back and got this reply:

Info going ahead: you need a full square of buffer around all the blocks

(-DrPaine)

Hope that helps.
