My first 5 villagers were Boots, Plucky, Bianca, Sydney, and Barold.

Boots, Sydney, and Barold moved out. Plucky and Bianca are still here, but I'll let them move out when they ping me.

I have not. I started with Plucky and Bam.
Bam was the first one to move out and I got Plucky to move out right after.
Even if they were villagers I wouldn't want to get rid off.. I probably would since their interior would be not their original one

Claude is the only one I still have, I wish he had his own room and not that ugly lazy starter room (the one with the wooden walls and dirt floor.).

Bob and Wendy I still keep with me, not the first 2 but one of the first 5, idm their house so much though I was considering moving Bob out to get his og house, cuz I've never had any of them in a previous game. I thought Bob really liked fruits but turns out he's actually a baby like stitches. I have stitches too, I thought it'd be nice to have two different house interiors instead of similar, so I'm keeping bob. Though not too happy that stitches and Bob have the same exterior. oh wells I love them both so I keep them

For the first two, I only have Muffy left. For the other three who came in, Penelope and Celia are still with me.

Cherry was one of my first two, and while I desperately want to meet other Uchis I don't know if I'll ever be ready to let her move out!

Of the first 3 Normal, Peppy and Lazy I only have Flora left. I have Ketchup too now, and two peppies is a little bit much, but I can't bring myself to decide between the two...

I still have Pashmina and Lolly atm... I'm going to let go of Pashmina actually as I want to replace her with Muffy as my uchi villager (cuz Muffy will fit in perfectly in my island better than Pashmina + Pashmina's house is so boring with the starting house so she really has to go), as for Lolly, tho I don't like her interior atm (tho I already gave her the Ironwood set + other stuffs, I still kinda want her real original house tho) she grew on me and now decided that she'll be part of my island lol, I'm thinking of kicking her out tho and get her again but I don't know what I'll do yet...

I've had the game since launch day, but I still haven't constructed my campsite since I frequently play with friends and make purchases and trades with people here on the forums and I don't want to end up picking up a villager from someone's void. As such, I still have my starting villagers of Snake (Jock) and Ursala (Sisterly) who I intend to replace, as well as Annalisa (Normal), Bella (Peppy), and Tucker (Lazy) who are permanent residents.

As for why? It took weeks to find Tucker on the Nook Miles Islands.

I need to set aside a few days to set up the campsite and scan in the amiibo of the other permanent villagers.

I still have my starters, Pierce and Reneigh, and I love both of them so much. Especially Pierce, if you couldn't tell.
None of them asked to move out yet which I am so thankful for, I don't want to lose any of them.

The only villager we let leave was Marshal, and he was a later addition.

Still have my two original starting, Cobb and Mira. Cobb is growing on me but I plan to let them both go at some point.

I've still got muffy who was one of my starter 2 and ozzie from the starter 5 but I'm trying to get rid of them. Need to get their pics first.

I felt pretty lucky when I saw Sly and Agnes as soon as I exited the airport. I had Sly in New Leaf and I have a "policy" to not repeat villagers, but I can't bring myself to kick him out. Same with Sylvana, whom I invited as my first normal and Apple, who was my random peppy. I kicked Dizzy out, though.

I still have my jock starter Louie, but my uchi Tammy decided to leave. I also have my next two, Beau and Merengue in their generic houses, then Fauna, Sherb and Skye from my initial ten.

I still have all of my originals, and I plan to always keep them. They've all grown on me a lot. Plus, I've already moved in my 3 dreamies via amiibo, so I'm not super picky about the rest of my villagers.

I have 4/5 left - Teddy, Rex, Fauna and Peggy. Sylvia was my uchi starter but moved out for Molly. Rex will go eventually, but I need a replacement uchi I like to show up at campsite first.

I still have Mira and intend to keep her. Pierce was the first to ask to leave and I let him. I wish Mira had her weird interior, so I might let her leave on a superhero mission and amiibo her back in with amnesia.
