do you prefer baking or cooking?

Baking. Throwing things in the oven is great whether it's actual food or just dessert.

Definitely cooking, by far. I love cakes and cookies and pastries, but I don’t enjoy having to precisely measure out each ingredient and puff flour all over my shirt and clean up a bunch of different powder ingredients and spend multiple hours start to finish on a food. I much prefer cooking, which is more forgiving and generally less messy.

I get more excited to eat baked goods, though! So sometimes I suck it up and bake something anyway. I made cornbread recently and it was delicious.

Cooking if I had to choose one. Baking is not really my thing.

I suppose it's about equal. I feel cooking is more versatile food-wise though.

Neither. I'm not very good at either. I'd say I do better at cooking though, because idk I just can't take to baking and it's not like I have to bake like I'd have to cook
