Do you like spaghetti better freshly cooked, or left over for a few days?

How do you like you spaghetti?

okay guys seriously try this, left over pasta mixed with tomato sauce, heat up some olive oil and fry over medium heat unitl you see the pasta get golden and a bit crispy, not too crispy, but basical when you see the color of the pasta change to oil. only do this if you have experience sauteing/frying food. you have to make sure the oild is hot enough (not too hot though) so the noodles don't soak up the oil. also i only recommend doing this with pasta with leftover tomato sauce. also keep in mind the past has to be cooked correctly in the first place, which many people don't know how to do. this is coming from an italian. i see a similar thing with rice. als keep in mind this is how fried rice is made too, with left over rice not fresh! similar concept!

sounds worth a try-- maybe it turns out like toasted ravioli.

i do like the leftover rice fried in oil and garlic at breakfast time

Who's the 1 person who likes old pasta. Freshly cooked is always the best! Old pasta gets hard and dry when you refrigerate it.

My grandma's mostaccioli always tastes better the next day so I can see why some people might like their spaghetti better a day or two after.

I think her Mom made an account here and voted for the second choice lol

Fresh, with butter and tomato sauce. We throw it out if it's been sitting for more than an hour. It's just gross and wrong if it's not fresh.
