Do You Keep Your Letters?

In the beginning I saved them but than I need room for storage.
I did save Muffy letter when she moved out and the picture is still in the box.
Felt bad about letting her go but the bridge won.

Oh, god. I'm right on the brink of this with Static. I really want that bridge!

Ahem, back on topic. I don't really save letters, but I have saved a few. I kept the letter from the actual mayor and a few other cute letters from my villagers. But hardly any make the cut. I usually delete letters since they're just going to write basically the same thing in a few days anyway.

I tend to write a lot of them so I can't keep everything. I usually just keep my favorites from my dreamies.

I usually keep one letter for mostly everyone that's lived in my town (unless I didn't like them)

I keep a few letters for the extra pocket space. I only keep the funny ones. It's fun to reread them once in a while. It's sort of like a villager's time capsule.

I used to save every letter I got except ones from Redd, Nooks or Post office. Now I only save letters from my mom, and certain special events. I also throw out duplicate letters.

I keep the Mom letters for sure. They are so well written, it sounds just like my mom.

Then the other letters I keep are those from villagers where it makes sense for them to send me that letter. And when Keaton sent me shoes...a smug sending me shoes. I love shoes. I put the shoes in the letter and they are saved at the post office.

I keep letters if they're like the moving announcements or funny. Other than that no.

One time Marshal sent me this really...lovey-dovey letter. It was really cute and sappy, and it cracked me up. I kept it for a few weeks. But, I order so much furniture that I need to toss old letters eventually.

I keep my letters from my favorite villagers in my town. They are usually the only ones that send me letters anyways. Unless its a villager thanking me for medicine. I like to keep them especially if they are a little meaningful. Ex: I bought you this because it reminded me of you, i had a dream where.... Stuff like that is so cute! I never throw away goodbye letters though because then I wont remember all the cute animals I had in my town <3

I keep the cute/sweet ones, goodbye letters, and birthday party invites. I should've kept the event ones though

Like, one time Zell sent me a letter that said something like "Hikaru is a really electronica name" and I have that one in storage : P

I usually keep all the mom letters, and sometimes the letters villagers send when they move out. Plus one copy of the holiday letters...

But today I actually received a love letter from my villager Ed, and found a new type of letter to collect.
Seriously, he signed it "-With fleeting love, Ed." It was only then that I discovered that "smug" villagers can flirt with you.

Oh my god, it is a problem! I have to force myself to delete some of the letters my mailbox and storage!

YES my entire mail storage is full. I have hoarding problems. I also use them to store sets. Except I don't keep the generic ones, I.E. the ones they give you from visiting them. When I get letters that are really cute it takes me like 10 mins to figure out which ones I should delete (it's usually the uchi's I end up deleting, I feel like their letters aren't as sweet)

I used to keep every letter but I was running out of space (I get a lot of letters since I send my villagers lots of items) so now I don't. I keep at least one from every villager that has lived in my town and some that are funny.

I don't have a system for keeping non-villager letters like the ones you get from your parents, it's hit-or-miss.

I save some letters. Usually the ones I save are the goodbye letters from villagers who decided to move out and it's sort of a memento. I also keep some letters that I particularly like that seem to fit the villager who sent them and put spare items I can't put in storage anymore inside for safe keeping.

One certain one by Klaus nearly broke my heart and I felt so bad about kicking him out ;___;

I like keeping cute letters and certain one that my dreamies give me too or ones that have unique paper XD
