Villagers love sending letters in Animal Crossing, and it's adorable, but do you keep any of them? Do any of the letters mean anything special to you, or is it just randomly generated text to you?
I think a lot of the letters are really sweet and cute, but I really can't hold on to all of them. I did try saving a couple, but in the end I end up tossing most of them for space. It's too much hassle to take them to the post office, however I do save all my farewell letters from moving villagers with Phyllis/Pelly.
I try to save the letters I get from villagers who move out because I just like seeing who's been in my town and the ones from villagers on Valentine's day. The others I don't really think much of.
I always mean to save them, so I know who's been in Paradise (you tend to forget the ones you didn't really like) then I see the mail box dancing and end up throwing them away
It depends. If it's a random one with a gift or no gift from a villager, I usually don't. But if it's a moving out letter, a Gulliver letter, or from the post office, I usually keep those.
I keep all the letters that aren't just random ones from villagers. Like ones from occasions or non-villager characters or moving out letters. The ones from the villagers do get to be a bit like generated text for me, just because they seem to say extremely similar things every time. It's nice when it's a letter that I don't see very often though.
I use to save the ones from my favourite villagers or the ones that were cute in the old animal crossing games. Idk why but I usually toss my letters now. :c
Most of the letters are quite generated to me so I hardly save any. Not even the moving ones. I only save those I get from friends or really funny ones.
