I have Fuchsia and Lopez who I don't like nearly as much as my other villagers, but I don't really bully them. I normally only bully them if they anger a villager I like. Though pitfalls seem to spawn around Lopez house a lot so I regularly walk past first thing in the day and see him in a hole, and he's the only character I laugh at when it happens.

No, I always want to get a town full of dreamies asap. Besides, the only villagers I've gotten that I really dislike are Beardo and Harry, and they both moved out pretty quickly.

Nope. I only hit a villager when I first started playing, and that was before I found out it didn't do anything. When he asked to move out finally, I promptly voided him. I don't keep around villagers I dislike.
