Do you have Labor Day off today?

I'm wondering if there's anyone here who works/goes to school and is in the same boat that I'm in. I still have to go to classes today... :sadddd:

I worked a 5am-10am shift today, which is shorter than most of my usual shifts but it still sucked waking up so early ;<
I don't think I've been off on labor day ever since I started working haha

Nope, I'm working a regular day. I could have taken it off as a paid holiday, but I normally work on Mondays, and I get overtime for working, so I came in. I still would have appreciated being closed, as it's been a crazy summer.

Yep, I have today off, but it's my last day of summer vacation so I'm having a hard time enjoying it. :/

My school doesn?t make Labor Day free anymore, but at least I don?t have to go to school today since I only have classes on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

I have Labor Day off today. Funny thing is, a couple years ago our university didn’t let people have off for the day, and now they do.

I don't normally work on Mondays anyway and school doesn't start until Wednesday, but yes most schools and workplaces have today off.
