tbh, they don't really hurt that much, only when you first get them and bite down on something that only last for a couple of days, then when you get them tightened they hurt alittle but in time it doesn't hurt.

Yes, once you're used to them you don't even notice them.

I do. They hurt after I got them, the first 3 times of getting tightened, and now they don't hurt at all. I've had them since summer of 2007 and I'm getting them off sometime this year or early next year
