Do you have any villagers that you hated/disliked at first but now really like?

For me it's Admiral and Gabi. Gabi was one of the 3 that moved in after the original 2 and Admiral was my 6th move in from the campsite. I really disliked them at first, especially Admiral, but now I kind of like both of them
I will still unfortunately be getting rid of both of them one I get their villager pics though.

I also have a love/hate relationship with Muffy who was one of my original 2. I do like her and her character design, but she moved in randomly in my NL town after one of my dreamies left when I stopped playing for a while and I spent hours trying to get her to move away to get another dreamie but she never pinged. She's still in my NL town, I think she's literally become a part of the town now :/
I was convinced that Muffy was stalking me when I got her as one of my starting villagers and almost reseted. If I had never had her in NL, I would probably be willing to keep her in NH

when i was younger i had stitches on my city folk town and his eyes would freak me out so i grew up hating him
then i got him on my island as a random move in, now he's one of my fave villagers and i actually find him super cute lol

Omg stitches, he's so cool! I had him in my NL town but I stopped playing for like 2 years. I logged back in about 2 weeks ago and he was gone! Hopefully i can get him back in NH.

Not really hate/dislike, but when I first got off the plane at the beginning and saw Hazel's unibrow as one of my starter villagers my first thought was "well that's got to go". Now Hazel is one of my favorites.

I was neutral on Teddy, my other starter, and he's now my favorite jock.

Omg stitches, he's so cool! I had him in my NL town but I stopped playing for like 2 years. I logged back in about 2 weeks ago and hew was gone! Hopefully i can get him back in NH.

pietro!! my friend really likes him so i ended up being endeared to him too haha. i was pretty bummed to see prince in my island as the rando move in cause i didn't get to island hop to invite but it's hard to hate lazies q - q they're just doing their best all the time and i love that

I got Agnes and Tad as my first two, and i wasn't keen at all really. I kept resetting for pears and those two were the ones I got, after living with them on my island I just can't help but love them when Tad looks at flowers or gets distracted and looks at anything really it's the cutest thing, and Agnes is just pure loveable.
I'm disappointed now that I missed out on Agnes' proper house, but I never would have gotten her unless she was my starter, so

Prince is one of my favorite lazies, if not my very favorite. His interior in NH is way prettier than you would expect too!

definitely Flip! I never used to like him as I’m not a huge fan of the monkeys or the jock personality but I really fell in love with him when I had him on my island - he’s moving out today and it feels really bittersweet as he was a starter, I’ll miss him a lot ;-;

yeah had tank as a starter with charlize and i was like NOPE on both of them... i ended up being sad to see both of them go, but their houses sucked so.... one day i might get tank back.

Prince is one of my favorite lazies, if not my very favorite. His interior in NH is way prettier than you would expect too!

aw ): i got him as part of my generic first few so his interior is the one with my town fruit theme lol exterior of his house is though so i still def wanna keep him around for a long time!!
