really dislike (read: i get anxiety attacks and feel like throwing up) being locked into places and not being able to get out/not knowing when I will get out. Like, on a roller coaster I know that I will get out in 2 minutes or something and I never get scared.
Soooo I never take the elevator and if there's a doorway with one door and then another door I will always make sure to open the second door before the first door closes, just in case I'd be locked inside. Also I always keep one foot outside the door when I go into my wardrobe because I was once locked into it, lol.
my mom thought I was claustrophobic or just had a phobia for elevators, but that's not the case. I don't have any issue with being in small spaces as long as I can get out. And with elevators, well, I hate them so much and it's probably one of the worst places ever, but I don't have a problem with elevators only...
I don't think the thought of going to prison scares me, though? I mean, I definitely don't want to go to prison, but it doesn't really feel the same way thinking about it as when I think about elevators and stuff.... Idk.
