Kasumi wears the QRs I made that include a corset, bow, lace skirt and ruffles. Her out of varies but it's usually the same Victorian-inspired QRs. She also always wears a witch hat and flats that match the colour of her dress.
As for the other mayors, I switch their outfits to how I feel, esp Liyetta. But Ginseng and Marisol have a theme.
My mayor in main town has 4 sets and the mayor in time travelling town has 2 sets. Besides them all my mayors don't really change.

i change outfits everyday! i really like dress up games so i enjoy putting together something new in the morning, usually with my lucky item for the day if i have it. there was also a time when i would change hairstyles twice a week but then i started getting attached to certain hairstyles so it takes half a month or so before i change it up again.
i do tend to wear the tortoise specs with most of the outfits though because i like how they look but aside from that i try to change the whole look every morning unless i really don't have time
I don't change clothes that much as I usually get attached to a certain look if I've had it for a while. I do keep a collection of clothes and accessories that I like if I feel like changing or if one of them is my lucky item for the day. I wear a lot of blue usually. Currently I'm wearing the overall dress, lace-up boots, leaf and a white lily in my hair.
I like scanning cute pink dresses from the internet and pairing it with white leather shoes and a crown! If not a QR code dress, then another favorite of mine is the overall dress paired with the straw boater.
i tend to stick with a relatively consistant outfit. the crown, white stockings and ballet slippers i keep on all the time, but i'll sometimes swap out between my various custom dresses.
I've been wearing the same outfit for like a month lol. My mayor is wearing the Kiki and Lala hair pin, superhero mask, some white shirt with a pink sweater, black skirt and I forgot the shoes.
I'm usually more focused on building my town so i never change my clothes, I'm way too lazy to pick out an outfit and change all the time. I'll buy clothes that look cute but I'll never wear it
Most of my outfits are pretty consistent. My alt's always the same, except the ones in my new town I don't have the items for yet.
My main mayor changes whenever I feel like it. I used to dress her for the seasons, or if I found something cute, but now she's pretty much in whatever cosplay QR outfit I just felt like putting together. (Currently that means she is Cassandra of Tangled the Series.)
First couple of years I did the lucky item of the day and changed all the time.
The mayor has 2 set outfits.
Fall/Winter-Kilt, After School Jacket, Santa Boots and some Grey Stockings.
Spring/Summer-Dry Denim Skirt and Sanrio Blue shoes that looks like sneakers. The shirt/tank changes with the weather. Right now it's the Sanrio Suspender Shirt.
I always wear Link's outfit, except for the hat. I just love it so much, Twilight Princess was a game I really enjoyed! Then, in summer I have to change the outfit because every time I start the game my character wastes a couple seconds sweating when he leaves the house because Link's top has long sleeves, that is so annoying ^^ so then I wear the explorer tee with the black jeans and the hiking boots
