before you got all your jokes in your joke book, you had to bring shrunk a snack to get a joke, right?
and after you got all your jokes, you (probably stopped) giving snacks to shrunk
just thinking about that makes me sad
i mean yeah, he is a retired comedian but still
you stopped stopping by and saying what's up and giving him a snack
i feel bad for the guy...

I feel bad for Shrunk for so many reasons! If nothing else, he started as like... a therapist (in Wild World)? Somehow he became a comedian, did awfully, divorced, has stressed family relations, and is now running a small business telling jokes (or more frequently, depressing life stories) to random people that generally skip the conversation! I just wanna give the poor little dude a big hug and a big bushel of perfect peaches each week! C'mon little buddy, let's do that little awkward shuffle dance together!

I'm not even close to finishing my book because I keep forgetting to visit or showing up before he opens up the club for the night, but I imagine I'd still visit the place once in a blue moon to see DJ KK on a Saturday with visiting friends. Poor Shrunk, all alone in his club that no one ever goes to...

I love shrunk. I think I'll keep visiting once and awhile after my joke book is filled, which it almost is.
Some of his jokes are so cute, so funny.
