Do you ever wonder what you were thinking?

My town is a MESS. I have so many ponds and boulders in unconvenient places. My river cuts up the land into tiny pieces. Worst of all, I put no thought into my placement of PWPs. My campsite is right behind Retail, my Police Station is near a pond, and my Cafe is in front of it. If my town is as disorderly as this, should make my town more nature-ish? My original goal was to have it a modern town. The path layout isn't really that great either. Can anybody help me? I'm willing to move some villagers out, definitely not Pietro and Del though.

This is why I am going to reset my first town .-.
I ****ed up villager plot resetting, resulting in Octavian, Marshal and Francine putting their houses in bad places.
PWPs were put randomly when I first began, and I had to deconstruct and rebuild them several times but I am never satisfied...comparing my first town to my second town, my second town brings my first one to shame...
