Same here! They can start sneezing and shivering at times, and the villagers will comment on it too. I always feel weird going diving when it's raining, but I think it's fun! :D

I do change my mayor to match the weather when I get bored of the outfits, or have been wanting to wear something like the snow and rain boots, or the beanies.

i did hear this somewhere and they will also comment on your eyepatch/band-aids but idc im Link with a eyepatch because it looks boss

Yeah, so I can get into the game's feel much more.
I don't have any idea about spring fashions, so I guess I'll just wear that blossom tee aging in my storage and use my town's flowers to accesorize my character.

I don't bother with that much dedication to my mayors appearance, its just a game after all.

Wow I thought that was just me xD It was interesting reading all of your comments.

Well, my mayor wears her crown, white stockings, and ballet slippers all year. But I do try to change her dress depending on the season. Also during winter I occasionally make her carry a pink glow wand instead of her usual Peach's Parasol.

Yes because your character freezes to death if you don't it looks more natural.

I do. I can't stand to see them shiver when they go outside. So they always wear long sleeves and usually snow boots.

Yes all my players are dressed in winter clothing. Worn Jeans, white stockings, shearling boots and peacoat or gray parka.

I have a pair of shorts/tee and flip flop at the island just in case I have time to play during the day.
