Do you care about your island rating?

I care but I don’t obsess. I have different themed areas around town. Some were planned and some just happened. When I find DIYs or items that fit, I incorporate them. I don’t spend a whole day designing my island though. My island is a 4 star island and probably will be for a while.

I care right now, because lily of the valley is my favourite flower in the game and I'm trying to maintain my 5* so I can get a bunch! Once I get enough, I can go to 1*, I don't care at all hahaha
