Simple question. I actually have no idea if they do...I've yet to run into a situation where two different villagers have used the exact same line before, but I'd be amazed if there are unique lines to all 333 villagers in the game. Of course that would be a very high expectation, but it doesn't hurt to know if there are cloned lines here and there~
They do have a few lines that they share, i cant think of any examples of shared lines but i know ive seen villagers of the same personality type say the same things as each other. They have some unique lines, or at least i think they do. Marshal talks about trains and anime and how in songs people call other people 'shorty' but Colton and Hippeux never said anything about those things. Muffy talks about fighting advice a lot more than Phoebe and Fuchsia, Olivia talks about designer clothing but i cant recall ever hearing Miranda talk about that. Nibbles often talked about being a pop star but Tangy and Ruby never did except for occasionally talking about getting fan mail. Zucker, Erik, Papi, and Nate all have similar dialog though from what ive noticed.
This Is all from my experiences with villagers ive had, it could just be me, i cant say for sure if these things are unique or at least more common to those villagers than others
I have three normal villagers, and they've all asked me to take a flower personality quiz and whether they're most like pretzels or chocolate (...this game xD)
there are several cloned lines between villagers of similar personality types, much like kidkat said with their examples. my colton also talks about anime and songs that call people shorty, and multiple times him and marshal would make the same comments about their clothing. sprinkle also talks about being a pop star, both teddy and flip have been terrified of diana, and i've had both del and fang tell me how they're secretly scared of strangers.
while there are a lot of copy pasted lines here and there though, that doesn't mean you'll encounter villagers mimicking each other too much, since what they say is mostly random and there are so many lines to choose from. that way your idea of their 'unique' personality is mostly built on your experience with them! which i think is pretty neat. c:

Yes they do, it is kind of sad but I don't mind. I have like four Smug villagers that all tell me ^ that and also that there needs to be more dancing happening right now before twirling for me. <3 I love the quotes so I don't mind the repetition.
