To exchange Bells, you just have to PM an admin after a time and ask them to do a transaction. Members can't do it themselves yet.

No, we don't delete posts to remove Bells, and it doesn't work anyway.

We go the Admin CP, and adjust Bell count with a special code. And I'm sorry, but before I can give you the code, you must ask STORMTROOPER88888 for permission. He's currently on vacation, and he'll be back on Sunday, I think.
