I currently have Cece in my town but I've changed my mind and don't want her anymore. I've time travelled at least half a year now and everyone else has asked to move except her. I don't have any other Amiibo to scan in in order to just "kick" her out. She is not my 10th villager either as I've had 2 move ins since her.

Will she she ever ask to move or am I stuck with her unless I buy an Amiibo card to force her out?

The only way to move her out is by inviting another villager via card or amiibo special character and kick her out.

Oh I didn't know they don't move. I have Inkwell. I have cards though so it's fine. Good to know though if I ever want him gone.

Yeah but wouldn't that apply to the villager you replace him with? I mean no matter how many times you trade that slot, it'll always be permanent o3o

I wouldn't think so, because they'd just be a regular villager. I'm pretty sure the regular amiibo villagers can move away, but don't quote me on it because I'm not sure.

I think somebody tested this with a town of all amiibo villagers and somebody did move out. I think it may only work if you haven't got any regular villagers who can move?
