So yep I thought I'd see what would happen if I put my Santa outfit on during the day and talked to my villagers. Everyone was suspicious but seemed to accept that I was the real thing...until I talked to Diana. She said: "Emmaka, is that you?! I don't wanna see Santa running around Canaan in his long johns, so you'd better give his clothes back!" I died.

I did debate whether to put my santa outfit when i loaded the game but glad i checked when toy day started! And once more its snowing in my town so i hope its still snowing when i play for toyday. <3

No, they get fooled when the proper time comes. They get confused and sometimes a little too wise when you're early though.
